北海道生まれ。母親の影響で、幼少の頃から神話に登場する鳥を描くようになる。現在まで、個展、グループ展を中心に、絵画、素描、彫刻、写真、映像作品など、幅広い表現手法を試みる。松下にとって重要なのは、身体の皮膚と衣服の狭間にある「第二の皮膚（衣服）」を作品として思考されていることである。
Born in Hokkaido. She started drawing pictures of birds from myths when she was a child under her mother's influence. She has tried various styles including paintings, drawings, sculptures, photos, and video works in solo/group exhibitions till now.
